Let's start with the main ingredient of our dish: rinse the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices

Next, peel one large head of onion, rinse and cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape

Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into the pan, heat and fry the mushrooms until they noticeably soften

Next, put the chopped onion, add a pinch of salt and the same amount of black ground pepper, mix and fry over low heat until the onion slightly changes color

The next step is to prepare the sauce: soften the butter, add wheat flour to it and stir thoroughly

Without stopping stirring, gradually pour in milk in a thin stream and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, add a little ground nut and mix the julienne sauce thoroughly.

First put the mushrooms in portioned forms, not filling much, then add a spoonful of grated cheese and mix.

Next, fill it all with the previously prepared white sauce, while trying not to fill it, the sauce should only cover the mushrooms

And finally, we distribute the grated hard cheese into forms and send it to the preheated oven.

Bake at 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes, until the surface of the julienne is covered with a light golden brown crust
