Tsikuni, known to us as zucchini, is a very healthy product from which various delicious dishes are prepared. We also offer you to diversify your menu, prepare zucchini boats and bake them in the oven. The recipe is as simple as possible and it turns out very tasty.

Baked zucchini with chicken pâté and cheese - Zucchini boats

Cut the ends off the zucchini on both sides and halve them. Cut out the inside in a convenient way, leaving about 7-8 mm of pulp near the walls. Cut the core into small pieces, put in a preheated pan with minced chicken and chopped tomatoes.

Once the tomatoes are juiced, add the onion, chopped garlic, and tomato paste. Stir and simmer over low heat until the moisture evaporates slightly, well, until the minced meat is ready - this should take about 10 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.

Arrange the zucchini on a baking sheet and fill with the cooked chicken filling. Sprinkle generously on top with pre-grated Parmesan cheese and place in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and covers the surface of the stuffed vegetables.

It is recommended to consume immediately.
