"Darina" ham and mushroom salad

An appetizing salad with ham and mushrooms "Darina" can be prepared for Easter and not only. Rest assured guests will be satisfied.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Fresh champignons 3-4 pcs

Ham 100 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Provencal mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Peel mushrooms and onions.

Fry finely chopped mushrooms and onions in a pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes and cool.

In a bowl, whisk together chopped ham and Korean carrots.

Add fried mushrooms and onions (no oil) and peas.

Add mayonnaise, salt to taste.

Add finely chopped parsley and stir.

Put in a salad bowl and let it brew for 20-30 minutes.

Delicious salad with ham and mushrooms is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
