Let's start by making the gravy for our dish. And for this, pour about 3 tablespoons of oil into the pan and melt

Rinse the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. First, lightly brown the onions and then add the bell peppers. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes over medium heat

Next, add the tomatoes, garlic, salt and black pepper. Stir and close the lid. Cook on simmer mode until tomatoes are juiced

And the last step: add chopped cilantro greens and a few slices of butter. Stir well, close the lid and remove from the stove

Next, let's start making pasta:

To do this, pour water into a deep saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of salt, for about 2 liters of water, one spoonful without a slide of salt, bring to a boil
