Egg Pancake Salad

A very tender and tasty and easy-to-prepare salad with egg pancakes, which can be prepared both for a festive table and for a delicious dinner.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Ham 100 g

Pickled cucumbers 5 pcs

Hard cheese 30 g

Egg 1 pc

Canned green peas 3 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) 2 sprigs

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Lettuce leaves for decoration

Salt to taste


In a bowl, combine chopped ham, cucumbers and grated cheese in quarters.

In another bowl, combine a tablespoon of mayonnaise and an egg. Beat well.

Pour into a frying pan and bake the pancake on both sides.

Cut the pancake into strips and put in a bowl with salad, add peas, finely chopped parsley and mayonnaise.

Stir, put on a platter with salad leaves and serve.
