The first step is to rinse the watermelon and then dry the surface with a dry towel. Next, using a long knife, cut in half

Each half, using a knife or tablespoon, should be cut out the pulp

Transfer the inside of the watermelon to a separate bowl, remove the seeds and strain the pulp through a sieve, then use a blender to turn into puree

In a separate bowl, mix the gelatin and sugar. Pour boiled lukewarm water. The optimal ratio of gelatin for fruit desserts, which will later need to be cut with a knife, is about 40-50 grams per 1 liter of water. Stir and make sure the gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Sugar can be diluted separately in hotter water, cooled and then added

Before dissolving gelatin, be sure to read the instructions, if it will be enough to soak this instant gelatin for 20 minutes, otherwise all 40-50 minutes

After, we combine gelatin with watermelon juice, mix and evenly distribute in melon bowls

Having filled both halves of the watermelon, you need to cover them with cling film and put them in the refrigerator for 3 hours or more. And then, cut into slices the already completely frozen watermelon jelly and can be served.
