Chocolate brownies with nuts

And so, we continue the series of chocolate baked goods. Previously, we cooked them in a traditional American style called Brownies. This time, we will make a cake with nuts, thanks to which our delicacy acquires a richer taste and, without exaggeration, will be an excellent dessert for tea.

It is worth noting that, depending on the recipe, a brownie with nuts can have the consistency of a muffin, biscuit or even a biscuit.

1. First you need to lightly fry the nuts in the oven. To do this, spread the nuts on a baking sheet and place them in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, for 7-10 minutes. Then move the baking sheet and let the nuts cool.

3. In a deep bowl combine sugar, cocoa, vanillin, salt and flour

4. Pour in non-hot ghee and stir

5. Then beat in the chicken eggs

6. And stir well until smooth.

7. Add chopped nuts and chocolate chips. Mix everything thoroughly

8. Place baking paper on the bottom of the mold, place the chocolate dough and spread the mixture evenly over the mold. Sprinkle with walnuts on top

9. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees. When ready, you first need to let the dough cool directly in the baking sheet, and then you can transfer it to a flat surface.

10. Fully cooled, you need to divide into portions
