Cheese buns in the oven

For a skilled housewife, making buns is not at all troublesome. Indeed, in practice, the classic recipe for homemade buns does not include any frills and complex components. This time we'll make yeast burgers. And as the latter, we use cheese, which will give the buns a completely different taste, which will be difficult to refuse.

    Garlic buns stuffed with yeast dough

  • As always, in order not to forget something in the process, you should prepare all the necessary food:
  • Melt the butter in a deep bowl. Let cool slightly and pour milk into it, add salt and sugar. Transfer to the stove, stirring all the time, heat over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then let cool again to room temperature.
  • In a separate bowl, sift the flour and mix with dry yeast according to the ingredients list.
  • Put some of the flour into the milk mixture, beat in all the eggs, stirring and add the rest of the flour, knead into a soft dough.
  • After thoroughly kneading the dough, insist in a warm place, for at least one hour, until the dough noticeably increases in volume.
  • Transfer the matched dough to the worktop, first divide in half and then into small pieces, by about 16.
  • From each piece we form a small cake, put cheese in the center and roll the dough into a circle.
  • Put the balls stuffed with cheese and assemble them on a baking sheet, after laying the paper. Cover with a towel and leave for another 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, we are preparing the garlic dressing, with which we will rub the surface of the buns: for this you need to melt a small amount of butter, squeeze 2-3 cloves of garlic to it and mix thoroughly, rubbing.
  • And yet, you should prepare the cheese sprinkling: you must first grate the cheese and combine with chopped parsley.
  • After a short 10 minutes, put the baked goods in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook for about 20 minutes, until the surface of the buns is browned. Then we shift from the oven and rub the garlic mixture on top.
  • And the final touch: sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley - this should be done immediately, while the baked goods are hot.

Of course, everyone loves baking with a surprise, especially cheese buns in the oven will appeal to children who will give a joyful mood, and the taste will be remembered for a long time.

    Tips for cooking

  • Buns can be sprinkled not only with cheese, but they will also go well with sesame seeds, everyone's favorite poppy seeds and aromatic cinnamon.
  • In order for the dough to rise better, it is recommended to dilute the yeast separately, in warm water or milk, adding a little sugar and flour.
  • In the absence of a mixer or blender, bun dough can be kneaded by hand, as our grandmothers did, which takes a little more time.
  • It is best to serve pastries with tea, optionally with butter, jam or jam, and even better with condensed milk.
