Potato zrazy with mushrooms

Without exaggeration, we can safely say that potatoes occupy the main place in our diet. A wide variety of dishes can be prepared from it and this vegetable goes well with many products. And this time we propose to cook from them not just cutlets, but potato zrazy with mushrooms - a recipe from our grandmothers.

It is difficult to imagine easier dishes than it is. Stuffed potatoes with excellent mushroom filling are familiar to many from early childhood. Zrazy, otherwise stuffed potato cutlets, is a full-fledged hearty meal and the easiest way to feed a family.

Place the potatoes in a deep saucepan with salted water and place on the stove. Bring to a boil and continue to boil the potatoes until tender over low heat.
