Prepare all the food you need. It is recommended to use baking soda as a leavening agent.
In a deep cup, first grind the cottage cheese with sugar, then beat in the eggs and stir.
Sift flour over a cup, add baking powder, a pinch of salt and knead into a soft curd dough.
Divide the dough, roll out individually and cut into equal pieces, about 4 cm each.
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan and fry the donuts in parts until golden brown. Cook over high heat and hot oil. Turn over in the process!
