Puff pastries with butter cream

Puff pastry cakes are reminiscent of the recipe for tubes with cream, only in a more modern form, which, after all, are better suited to a holiday tea party. Making butter cream puffs is not at all difficult; for such original baked goods, it is best to use purchased puff pastry.

Be sure to use yeast dough - it is tender and rises very well, it turns out especially tasty in combination with a sweet filling, which can be used as custard.

Puff Pastry Snacks Recipe

Cut a sheet of puff pastry without rolling it into small pieces, about 6 cm in size or more. Can be cut with a regular knife or cut with a special shape. Make cuts in the center with a slightly smaller round shape.

Puff pastries should be baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees - 15 minutes, until light golden brown. Transfer the finished baked goods from the oven and press in the center of the puff strictly along the notch. Let cool.

Whisk the cream cheese, combine the sugar and vanilla powder, add the whipped cream separately and stir until smooth.

Place the whipped cream and buttercream in a special bag and fill the hole with the buttercream.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves. Transfer to refrigerator until completely cooled.

Puff pastry cakes with cream can be stored for 2 days, after the cream will begin to fall off and lose its appearance.
