Sausage soup

We bring to your attention one of the most economical dishes. This is a variation on the student lazy soup theme, only there they mainly use sausages. And also, soup with hunting sausage can be compared to a hodgepodge, only in a more simplified version, which is easy to whip up and without tangible costs, thus quickly and equally tasty feed the family.

It will take no more than half an hour to cook a dish with sausage. You can use almost any product that is in the refrigerator and you can supplement the soup with vermicelli, peas and enhance the taste with pickles like the popular hodgepodge.

Soup with beans and smoked sausage

Prepare all the necessary products: cabbage can be replaced with white cabbage, and the beans must be soaked first, and after 10 minutes, boiled.

Next, cut the sausage into small pieces, peel the skin if necessary.

Cut the onions into small cubes, and chop the carrots, or it is easier to skip on a fine grater.

In a small amount of oil, first fry the onion, then the carrots and continue sautéing over low heat until the vegetables are soft.

Then add the beans, pour 3 liters of water, sprinkle with powdered broth, salt and pepper.

Bring the broth to a boil, then add chopped green cabbage and chopped sausage. Cook the soup over medium-low heat - 15 minutes.

It is recommended to consume the dish warm, and if it remains, then the vegetable soup with sausage will be even tastier the next day.
