In general terms, the recipe itself is not complicated. Both fish and puff are purchased, but the rest of the ingredients are inexpensive and always available. Remove larger bones from fish, rinse in cold water and pat dry with a dry towel. Divide the fillet in half, each part separately, salt and pepper strictly to taste.
