Fruit pie with apples and pears

It is incredibly difficult to list all the varieties of existing pies, which differ in shape, size, composition of filling and dough, method of preparation and, of course, taste. Nevertheless, among such a variety, one can single out the most preferred type, which will appeal to every lover of sweet desserts. This is a fruit pie with apples and pears - a delicacy that you cannot refuse, delicious pastries that you want more and more.

In this recipe, apples were used a little more than pears, which actually can be varied in one direction or another according to the taste preferences of the home.

Sweet pie with fruit filling

Drive one egg into a deep bowl. Add honey and roast thoroughly with egg.

Without overheating, melt the butter. Pour into a bowl with honey and egg. Sprinkle with vanilla powder, about the tip of a knife, and stir thoroughly.

Add the sifted flour, sprinkle baking powder on top of the flour and stir gently with the flour.

Knead the dough, which should turn out to be moderately elastic and sandy.

Roll out the shortcrust pastry to a size slightly larger than the baking pan. Lay a sheet of parchment on the mold, put the dough on top, while forming the sides.

Rinse, dry and peel the fruit. Cut them into thin slices.

Place the sliced ​​apples and pears on top of the dough and flatten.

Beat the remaining 3 eggs into a separate bowl and beat them with sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Then add sour cream and, according to the ingredient, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour. Whisk everything with a whisk until smooth.

Pour the finished filling into the mold, on top of the apples, while the dough boots should look out.

Transfer the mold to the preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

When ready, turn off the oven and wait until it cools completely in the same state. This may take about a couple of hours.

Sweet pies are recommended to be consumed chilled.
