Airy sponge cake with lemon

Simple Lemon Pie Recipe

Drive two eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and rub thoroughly with a whisk until the sugar has completely melted.

Next, pour in homemade sour cream, an approximate amount of 700 ml.

Add softened butter and stir until smooth until the butter melts.

Pours in the main ingredient of our recipe: lemon zest and pour in the juice, knead.

Gradually add flour, sifting over the cup. Gently knead the baking powder.

Knead a homogeneous dough without lumps, semi-thick consistency and pour into a baking dish.

We bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes.

When ready, we transfer the form from the oven, without removing the baked goods, we wait for complete cooling, and then we remove the baked goods from the mold.

Turn over, sprinkle with powder and serve lemon pie with hot tea or coffee.
