Vegetable salad with radish

Vegetable salad with radishes, great for a light breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Cooking time 20 minutes

Ingredients

Carrots (medium) 1 pc

Bell pepper 1/2 pc

Radish 2-3 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste

Preparation

Cut the carrots into small strips or grate for carrots in Korean style and sauté in vegetable oil with the addition of salt to taste.

Put the bell pepper and cucumber cut into strips, as well as carrots and radish slices into a bowl.
