Everyone knows that pasta is an excellent side dish, with which many products are ideally combined, especially meat and seafood. In previous recipes, we have already prepared pasta with fish, and now, this time we offer the usual recipe for pasta with hoofed meat.
How to make pasta with cutlets
Cooking pasta is not difficult at all. The main thing is not to digest them and this is the main condition. In our case, in the first stage of making pasta, it will be better if they remain almost cooked.
Pour water into a deep saucepan, add 2 teaspoons of salt and bring to a boil over high heat.
Add the required amount of pasta and stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
While stirring, bring the water to a boil again, then reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking for another 5-8 minutes, depending on the quality of the pasta.
Separately, in a deep saucepan, simmer the finely chopped tomatoes with bell peppers, transfer the boiled pasta to them, stir and cook for another 5-10 minutes over moderately medium heat until the pasta absorbs moisture.
Next, we will cook cutlets, but before that, soak the bread in milk.
Add the onion and garlic passed through a meat grinder to the minced meat, beat in one egg and mix.
Put the softened bread with all the contents and mix again, only thoroughly.
Form the cooked minced meat into flat patties and fry them in a pan in hot oil on both sides, until golden brown.
For serving, first pour the pasta garnish and add meat patties in any desired quantity.
It is important to know that the patties should be fried in well-heated oil so that a crust forms as quickly as possible, which will prevent the juice from flowing out and the absorption of excess oil. In this way, homemade cutlets are juicy and not boring.
