Open cake with lime and cream

Heat the oven to 350 gr. And start cooking the cake with the cake. In a medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

The butter should be slightly melted, but cold. As a result, you should have a crumbly, fatty mass.

Transfer the creamy mass into a special form, 22 cm in diameter, and smooth it evenly, while making a small side. Put in a hot oven for 10 minutes, and then remove from it and leave to cool without moving it out of the mold.

While the cake is cooling, you will need to prepare the filling: in a deep bowl, combine condensed milk and eggs.

Beat until smooth. Then, pour lime juice in a thin stream and knead intensively until the mixture noticeably thickens.

Pour the lime filling into the cooled crust. We fill it so that the sides of the cake look out a little.

We transfer to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature, then cover the pie with a plastic container and cool completely in the refrigerator for about 5-8 hours.

And lastly, you will need to prepare a cream from cream: put cream in a small deep cup, mix with a mixer with powdered sugar and vanilla powder. Beat on a slow speed - 30 seconds.

Sprinkle the lime zest on top and continue beating at maximum speed for about a minute.

Transfer the whipped cream to the chilled tart, over the filling, and smooth slightly.

And you can decorate the cake with slices of lime and sprinkle the zest of the same lime on top.

The whole process is not difficult to repeat at home, it's worth it. Now you know how to make a lime-filled pie.
