How to make chocolate oatmeal cookies
Turn on the oven, set it to 180 degrees. Prepare all the necessary products that will be required in the process.
In a deep bowl, combine flour, baking soda, vanilla powder, salt, allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add the butter and all the sugar. Using a whisk, stir into a more even homogeneous mass, then beat in the eggs and scroll with a mixer until the fur mass. Add raisins, nuts, oatmeal and stir gently.
Place parchment paper on a sheet of baking sheet and, leaving a distance, place one tablespoon of oatmeal dough, then lightly press down on top.
