Orchid salad

This salad is prepared very simply and quickly, a great option for a festive table and not only. And the extraordinary combination of smoked sausage with chips and Korean carrots will pleasantly surprise you with its taste.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Semi-smoked sausage 200 g

Potato chips 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Korean carrots 100 g

Hard cheese 150 g

Mayonnaise to taste


Cut the sausage into large flat pieces.

Mix with Korean carrots.

Grate cheese and eggs on a fine grater, add to the sausage with carrots.

Add potato chips, season with mayonnaise.

Arrange the salad using a serving ring and garnish with chips and herbs and serve.
