Crispy Cod Fish Nuggets step by step

In a deep bowl, combine 2 chicken eggs with tomato paste, mustard and a little mayonnaise according to the ingredients.

Pour in the milk warmed to room temperature and beat thoroughly with a whisk until smooth. The fish batter is ready.

Cut the prepared and peeled fish into medium flat slices, pour over the squeezed lemon juice, pepper and salt.

Dip the chopped pieces in the fish batter in order. Use a fork for this.

And roll generously in breading. In order for the crackers to fit tightly, the fish should be thoroughly dipped in batter.

Spread the breaded fish slices on a baking sheet with a piece of parchment underneath and place in a preheated oven. Bake cod fish nuggets at 200 degrees - 10-15 minutes, until the breading is lightly browned.
