Prepare the food, rinse the heads and rinse the mushrooms in cold water.

Dip the cabbage into a saucepan of boiled water and boil over medium heat for 10 minutes. It is better to divide large heads of cabbage, and when cooking, you can add bay leaf, a few peas of allspice and a little salt to the water.

Heat the oil in a deep saucepan and fry the onion, cut into half rings, for a short time.

Chop the mushrooms, put on the onion, stir and continue frying for another 4-5 minutes, until the mushrooms are partially cooked.

Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Stir and fry the garlic along with the rest of the ingredients over high heat for no more than one minute.

Pour in 2 cups of warm broth, bring to a boil, add boiled Brussels sprouts and cover.

Simmer cabbage with mushrooms over low heat with moderate boiling until some of the moisture is absorbed and some of it evaporates, about 10 minutes.
