A fresh vegetable salad

A quick salad of fresh vegetables that is ideal for grilled and grilled meat dishes.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Fresh cucumbers 3 pcs

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 pinch.

Ground black pepper 1 pinch.


Rinse and dry 3-4 fresh cucumbers and 2-3 tomatoes.

Rinse and dry a bunch of dill, peel 2-3 cloves of garlic.

Cut the cucumbers into small cups into a bowl.

Add chopped tomatoes into small cubes.

Add finely chopped dill and garlic.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Stir and season with 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil.

Fresh vegetable salad is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve.
