"New Year's Holidays" salad

Bright salad New Year's holidays with chicken, mushrooms and pineapples, which will not go unnoticed on your New Year's table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Canned pineapple 200 g

Fresh champignons 150 g

Cheese 100 g

Smoked chicken leg 1 pc

Eggs 3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Peel 150 grams of fresh champignons and onion.

Chop the mushrooms, finely chop the onion and fry in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes. Salt and cool.

Remove the meat from the smoked chicken leg.

In a bowl, combine the cooled fried mushrooms and smoked chicken.

Add 200 grams of diced canned pineapple and 100 grams of grated cheese.

Boil 3 eggs, cool and peel.

Add the diced eggs and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Stir the salad.

Put in a salad bowl.

Garnish with pineapple slices and pomegranate seeds.

The New Year's vacation salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
