Fried shrimps with garlic in soy sauce

How to Cook Shrimp in Soy Sauce Recipe

Defrost shrimp, peel and dry with a napkin. Heat the oil hard and fry them for 1 minute on each side, until light golden brown.

Then, pour in a little soy sauce, stirring it, fry in the bubbling oil until the shrimp absorbs the sauce and the edges are browned.

Add the garlic granules, stir and continue cooking over high heat for 1 minute, until the garlic smell is gone.

Remove skillet from heat, transfer garlic shrimp to a separate plate and sprinkle with herbs on top.
