Pumpkin pancakes with sour cream

Pumpkin Pancakes with Cheese and Sour Cream - Step by Step Recipe

Wash a small pumpkin, dry it with a dry cloth, divide and remove the seeds.

Pour about 30 ml oil into an ovenproof dish and place the flat-side pumpkins on the bottom. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.

When fully cooked, use a tablespoon to separate the inside of the baked pumpkin.

300 g pumpkin puree, 50 g grated cheese, beat in 2 chicken eggs, pour in 100 g sour cream or kefir, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda, salt and black pepper.
