Thoroughly exchange the dough, roll it up in a circle, cover with a warm towel and let it brew for at least 30 minutes in a warm place, or even more, until the yeast dough noticeably increases in volume.

After a while, after kneading the finished dough for pies, shape a cake with your fingers, and then use a rolling pin to roll it into a fairly thin layer.

Cut off the edges and cut the layer into small triangles, like for bagels. In this case, pies with cheese filling should not be huge, and this is because the filling is baked as best as possible.
