Confetti salad

Festive Confetti salad with half-smoked sausage, fresh and canned vegetables for your festive table.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Semi-smoked sausage 100 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Canned corn 100 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Place corn and green peas in a bowl.

Add diced cucumber and bell pepper.

Add the diced sausage. Boil eggs.

Add diced boiled eggs and mayonnaise.

Stir the salad and place in a salad bowl.

Confetti salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
