Baked paprika potatoes - recipe step by step

Peel potatoes, rinse and open until half cooked in lightly salted water with bay leaves and peppercorns for 4-6 minutes. Then transfer to a separate plate and cool slightly. Using a regular fork, scrape the boiled potatoes over the surface so that small indentations form.

Transfer the roots to an ovenproof baking dish. Melt the butter, then combine with olive oil and brush over all the potatoes with a brush.

Sprinkle paprika on top of the butter and transfer the dish to the preheated oven.

Bake potatoes in the oven for 35-40 minutes, keeping the temperature at least 200 degrees.

In the process, remove the form from the oven, grease it again with the same oil and continue baking until the end of the set time.

It is recommended to serve the finished dish hot. Baked potatoes with paprika go well with fried meat, both cattle and poultry.
