Beet 1 pc
Walnuts 50 g
Garlic clove 1-2 pcs
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Boil the beets, cool and peel. Peel the garlic.
Grate the beets in a bowl and add the pressed garlic.
Add chopped herbs and nuts.
Salt and season with vegetable oil.
Stir and place in a salad bowl.
Beetroot salad with nuts is ready. Can be served at the table.
