Lean champignon salad is good on its own or as a side dish for lean dishes. Servings Per Container - 2.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Potatoes 2 pcs
Canned green peas 100 g
Marinated champignons 100 g
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Salt 1 pinch.
Ground black pepper 1 pinch.
Boil the potatoes until tender, cool and peel. Rinse and dry green onions.
In a bowl, combine chopped pickled mushrooms and green peas.
Add diced potatoes and finely chopped green onions.
Salt, pepper and season with vegetable oil.
Stir in the lean salad with the mushrooms.
The lean mushroom salad is ready. Can be served with a lean table.
