A simple recipe for sprat sandwiches

Cut the bread into thin slices and lightly fry in a pan with butter.

Rub each piece of loaf with garlic, then add some mayonnaise and spread evenly.

A cucumber, preferably a sour cask cucumber, cut into thin slices and place on one side of the bread.

On the other side, place two fish each next to the cucumbers on the fried bread.

Sandwiches with sprats and cucumber are ready. As you can see, cooking is simple and quick, and there are many ways. They can be prepared from fresh cucumbers, with eggs, adding fresh herbs, sprinkling with cheese, fry in a pan or bake in the oven.
