Fried eggs in French toast

A simple, tasty and very original breakfast can be prepared with eggs and bread. To do this, you need toast - sandwich bread for sandwiches, chicken eggs and a few minutes of your time. This is much better than regular scrambled eggs, which look boring and trite. Eggs in bread are a great breakfast and a great start to the day.

You can cook scrambled eggs in different ways. The most common option is to simply fry in oil in the usual way, and another, equally simple, but less well-known, is to stuff buns with them or to fry eggs in toast with cheese and a little greens.

To make scrambled eggs in bread, we need 2 slices of toast, 2 eggs, cheese, a little butter, a couple of sprigs of herbs, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Using a knife, cut off the inside from the toast bread, leaving a little crumb around the edges.

Heat oil in a skillet. Toast the bread lightly on both sides and beat the eggs in the center of the toast.

Season only eggs with salt and pepper, and then sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Once the cheese begins to melt, remove the toast from the stove and serve, sprinkling with chopped dill on top.

Scrambled eggs with cheese cooked in bread turns out to be more satisfying than ordinary ones. Such breakfast does not look boring, and the sight of it awakens the appetite, which often does not happen in the morning.
