Puff pastry tuna fish pie

Have you ever tried a crispy fish pie with canned puff pastry tuna? It's incredibly delicious! The puff pastry recipe itself is so simple and quick that anyone can easily cook it.

If you have a lot of things to do and, of course, you have no time to tinker in the kitchen and cook complex dishes, then this pie recipe is just for you. It is enough to have the desire and devote half an hour of time, as delicious pastries with excellent filling are already on the table.

Peel the head of the onion, rinse and cut into small cubes.

Transfer the canned fish to a deep bowl, add mayonnaise, onion, season and stir.

Divide the finished puff pastry into equal 4 parts.

Put the previously prepared fish filling equally on two parts of the dough.

Place the two remaining dough squares on top, pinch the edges with a fork and brush the surface with yolk.

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Bake for 20 minutes, until the tuna puff is noticeably browned and covered with a light golden crust.

Serve the finished puff pastry fish pie immediately on the table, preferably on the same day, before the crust has lost its properties.
