Delicious Chicken Breast Pastorm

An excellent alternative to purchased sausages is natural meat pastors. This dish can be prepared with poultry, beef, or pork. For the preparation of meatloaf, it is recommended to use chicken fillet from large poultry. For the marinade, cream (10%) or milk can be used. Vary the spices and herbs to your liking.

Pour salt into a deep and spacious vessel. Add milk at room temperature, stir until the salt dissolves. Put the chicken fillet in the marinade so that the solution completely covers the meat. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.

Finely chop the thyme, mix with the rest of the spices. Add honey, soy sauce and oil. Mix.

Blot the chicken fillet in a cotton towel, coat with the prepared mixture and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Tie the meat with culinary thread or twine, giving it the shape of a sausage. Re-coat with fragrant mixture. Bake in the oven 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Leave in the off oven for 10 minutes.

Place the pastor on a board, remove the culinary thread.

Cut the roll into portions about 5 millimeters thick.
