There are many ways and options for cooking. Zucchini is an unpretentious and undemanding product, you can experiment with it indefinitely and it is very easy to cook it. You can familiarize yourself with other methods here. But, and we will consider the simplest and most widespread recipe for a delicious zucchini dish, an equally popular option that can be adapted to your taste.
Rinse, dry, and then chop the courgette. If you use a product of a later harvest, it is better to remove the skin, but for a young zucchini this is not necessary.
Season with salt, add allspice and dry spices, stir everything.
In a small bowl, break one egg, add a pinch of salt and beat thoroughly.
Dip the zucchini in flour, then dip in egg batter and place in a single layer in a heated skillet with butter.
Fry the zucchini in oil on each side over medium heat until lightly browned. Remember, you should not overcook the zucchini, cook quickly enough, and if you want it to be softer, then just cover the lid and cook over a low-medium heat.
As soon as the egg batter forms a dense crust, transfer to a dry napkin, let the excess oil recede, and then serve along with mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped garlic and chopped fresh herbs on top, or, we recommend preparing a spicy sauce based on mayonnaise that perfectly matches vegetables and garlic.
Alternatively, zucchini batter can be prepared in the following way and thereby slightly simplify the process: pour a little flour into the whipped egg mixture and knead the dough with a liquid consistency.
