Zucchini spaghetti with cheese and tomatoes

A healthy, tasty and simple vegetable side dish of zucchini can be easily prepared in minutes. And we suggest doing this in the form of spaghetti, which looks very original and impressive. And yet, until you try it, it will be difficult to distinguish such a dish from homemade noodles.

As you already understood, we will cook zucchini with tomatoes and cheese. And all other ingredients are recommended to be used at your discretion, relying on your own taste and homemade preferences. Also, you can cook zucchini with carrots and serve as a salad or appetizer.

Rinse the tomatoes in clean water, cut off the stalks, chop and fry in a skillet with oil, along with chopped garlic, until the tomatoes let juice.

Cut the washed zucchini into noodles using a special Korean carrot grater, add to the pan, stir and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.

Grind the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the basil with a knife, transfer to the pan, stir the contents and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.

Sprinkle salt, ground black pepper on top of the cooking dish and stir. Cover with a lid, turn off the heat and leave to simmer for a couple of minutes.

Place the squash and cheese vegetable noodles in portioned bowls and serve immediately.

Homemade zucchini spaghetti is incredibly delicious and very easy to cook. This dish can be served as a side dish for meat, along with fresh vegetables, or separately, as a snack.
