Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls recipe

Baked Lazy Cabbage Rolls Recipe

Put the minced meat in a deep mixing bowl.

Peel and grate carrots, finely chop the onion. Add vegetables to the minced meat.

Chop the cabbage with a shredder, set aside 1/3 part. Put the rest in a bowl.

Boil the rice until half cooked, cool and add to the minced meat.

Pour in salt, pepper, dry spices and garlic passed through a press. Add a raw egg and mix the mixture.

Pour vegetable oil into a ceramic dish, spread cabbage, bay leaves and spices.

Form round cutlets from minced meat, place on cabbage. Place the mold in a hot oven at 210 degrees for 10 minutes so that the products retain their shape after pouring.

Mix tomato juice with sour cream. Pour the filling into the mold and send the oven again. Cook for another 30-40 minutes.
