Volovany with cod liver

An appetizer and salad in one dish, surprise your family and friends with small oxen with cod liver.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Puff yeast dough 200 g

Cod liver 1 ban.

Eggs 2-3 pcs

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Greens to taste

Lemon 1 pc


Roll out the dough into a layer.

Cut out the circles with a mold and place on a baking sheet covered with parchments. Brush with beaten egg.

Cut rings of the same diameter from the rest of the dough. And put the circles on top. Brush with an egg.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 7-10 minutes. Cool the finished dough molds.

Boil eggs, cool and peel.

In a bowl, combine the cod liver and grated eggs. Season with mayonnaise.

Stuff the volleyed filling.

Put on a platter with lettuce leaves, garnish with herbs and lemon wedges.

Volovany with cod liver is ready. Can be served to the New Year's table.
