New Year's meat with carrots, a very beautiful and surprisingly tasty meat dish, the pride of every housewife.

Cooking time 1 hour


Pork (neck) 400 g

Carrots (large) 1 pc

Olive oil 1 tbsp l.

Paprika ½ tsp.

Dried garlic ½ tsp.

Greens (for decoration)

Salt to taste


Rinse the meat and dry well.

Make longitudinal cuts, peel and cut carrots into strips and insert into the meat.

In a separate bowl, combine oil, salt, garlic and paprika.

Grease the meat well and place in the sleeve.

Leave to marinate for 2 hours.

Place in the oven at 180 degrees C for 1 hour.

Cool the finished meat a little and cut into portions.

Put on a platter with herbs and serve.
