Duck baked in the sleeve

Sleeve baked duck, a real delicacy on your table. Not many will be able to resist the tender and fragrant baked duck.

Duck 1 pc

Dry white wine 500 pcs

Vegetable oil

Greenery for decoration

Mashed potatoes

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Thoroughly clean and wash the duck. Dry.

Place the duck in a tight bag and pour over the wine. Tie well. Turn over periodically. Leave to marinate overnight.

Rub with salt and pepper and brush with vegetable oil. Put in a baking sleeve and put in the oven for 1 hour preheated to 200 degrees C. Remove the finished duck from the bag and put on a dish.

Cool slightly and divide into portions. Place on a dish with mashed potatoes. Decorate with herbs. Serve with vegetables.
