New Year's bullocks with mushrooms

On the festive table you always want to serve only the best and most delicious dishes. New Year's bullocks with mushrooms perfectly fit this description; guests will surely appreciate such an appetizing snack.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Puff yeast dough 200 g

Yolk 1 pc

Champignons 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Roll out the dough into a layer. Cut out circles in a round shape or glass.

Cut out more circles from half with a mug in a small form.

Transfer large mugs to a baking sheet, place tins from small circles on them. Grease with yolk and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Lay out and cool.

Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil, add diced mushrooms, fry for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat, drain off excess oil.

Cool and fill the oxen. Put on a dish and garnish with herbs.
