The "New Year's Ball" salad with smoked chicken is a real delight. Be sure that lovers of delicious food will simply not be torn away from such a treat.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Smoked chicken leg 1 pc
Canned green peas 100 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs
Potatoes 2 pcs
Provencal mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.
Disassemble the smoked chicken leg into meat and bones.
Place finely chopped chicken and green peas in a bowl.
Add diced eggs and pickled cucumbers.
Peel the potatoes and cut into strips. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cool on paper towels.
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
Add potatoes before serving and stir. Put on a platter with lettuce and herbs. The "New Year's Ball" salad is ready. Can be served to the New Year's table.
