Fried rats with mashed potatoes

How? Have you eaten rats yet? You just don't know how to cook them! Meanwhile, this is a terribly tasty dish that any evil spirits love.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Minced pork 200 g

Minced beef 200 g

Eggs 1 pc

Cheese 50 g

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Mix the minced meat in a bowl.

Add egg, grated cheese and finely chopped dill.

Season with salt, pepper and breadcrumbs. Mix well.

Form patties in the shape of a "rat's body".

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Remove and add eyes, ears and noses. Place on a platter with lettuce and mashed potatoes. Serve to the table.
