Easter Cupcakes "Sissies"

These Easter Cupcakes "Nezhenki" add variety and originality and will delight the sweet tooth with their delicate taste.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Eggs 4 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 80 g

Sugar 50 g

Chocolate chips 30 g

Vanilla sugar 12 g

Vegetable oil for lubricating molds 2 tbsp. l.

Egg white (for cream) 2 pcs

Powdered sugar (for cream) 50 g

Lemon juice (for cream) 1/2 tsp


Break 4 eggs into a bowl.

Whisk well until firm.

Add sugar, flour, vanilla sugar and chocolate chips in portions.

Mix well.

Pour the dough into greased molds.

Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes. Willingness to check with a toothpick.

For the cream, beat 2 egg whites with powdered sugar. Add lemon juice.

Apply protein cream to cooled muffins.

Decorate with confetti and serve.
