Cooking time 3 hours


Melon "Torpedo" 300 g

Melon variety "Honey" 300 g

Sugar (sand) 400 g


Peel melons and remove seeds.

Cut the melons into cubes.

Cover with sugar and let it brew for 2-3 hours.

Cook until boiling, remove from heat and set aside for 1 hour.

Repeat 3 times.

When the jam becomes thick and fragrant, put it in clean jars.

Screw on the lids.

Melon jam is ready. Can be put into the cellar.
