Cake "New Year"

The "New Year" cake will cheer you up during the New Year holidays. An ideal addition to a cup of aromatic hot tea on a winter evening.

Egg 1 pc

Sugar 3 tbsp. l.

Wheat flour 1 stack.

Butter 70 g

Natural honey 1 tbsp. l.

Soda 1/4 tsp

Egg white (for meringue) 2 pcs

Sugar (for meringue) 1/2 cup

Boiled condensed milk (for cream) 1 ban.

Butter (for cream) 200 g

Cocoa powder (for glaze) 2 tbsp. l.

Sugar (for glaze) 5 tbsp. l.

Butter (for glaze) 50 g


Mix egg, sugar, butter, honey in a saucepan and put on fire.

Stir until smooth.

Add soda. Bring to foam, remove. Add flour.

Mix well. Pour the dough into a greased pan.

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees C in a preheated oven. Allow the baked cake to cool. To cut in half.

Beat the whites until thick peaks with sugar.

Put with a teaspoon on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Bake the meringue in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 100 degrees C. Let cool.

Smear the crust cut in half with a cream of condensed milk and butter.

Cut into 12 pieces. Put 3-4 pieces on each piece. meringue.
