Christmas baskets

So that later you do not have to rack your brains, deciding what to cook for the New Year, we collect New Year's recipes in advance. New Year's baskets, a simple, tasty and very appetizing snack for a festive table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Wheat flour 1st grade 1 stack.

Butter 120 g

Egg 1 pc

Salt to taste

Carrot 1 pc

Cheese 100 g

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Dill (greens) to taste

Garlic clove 2 pcs


In one bowl, mix together the flour and salt, and in the other mix the soft butter and egg.

Mix all. Knead the dough and let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll out the layer, cut out the dough with a shape for baskets.

Without removing the dough from the molds, press it to the bottom.

Pour peas into molds with dough so that there is free space inside the baskets, and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C. Allow to cool and remove the baskets from the molds. Remove the peas.

Grate the carrots and cheese, chop the herbs finely, add the garlic passed through the garlic press. Season with mayonnaise.

Put in baskets and garnish with herbs.
