Spicy salmon

Salmon "Piquant", a real royal treat on your table. Guests will be delighted with such a delicious dish.

Salmon steak 1 pc

Lemon 2 pcs

Rosemary 4 g

Olives 8 pcs

Cream 10% fat. 100 ml

Cheese (hard) 50 g

Vegetable oil to taste

Greens to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Separate the skin from the steak. Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with rosemary and lemon juice. Let stand for 20 minutes.

Fry for 3 minutes on each side in a pan.

Place in a baking dish.

Cover with halves of olives and cream.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes under a lid at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

Remove the lid from the mold and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in the oven until golden brown for 5 minutes. Put on a platter with boiled rice and garnish with herbs.
