Chicken roll with herbs and cheese

Beat off the chicken fillet.

Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Lay in one piece on a cutting board. Layer grated cheese and finely chopped herbs.

Wrap tightly.

Place the rolled roll in two layers of foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 35-40 minutes.

Do not take it straight out of the oven, let it cool for another 20 minutes in a cold oven. Unfold cut into portions.

Put on lettuce leaves, garnish with herbs.
